Finally did the fitness test today, and finally worked out just how good crossfit actually is for me!
I ran 2.4k in 9:48 which is a P.B for me. The previous best was 9:50 which was set about 5 years ago!
Long story short, three weeks ago I was looking at mid to high ten minutes, so there's proof that what you are doing works!
See you saturday for another "easy session"!
