Please note a timetable change during the Crossfit Open. Saturday morning class has been moved to 7am with the weekly open WOD to start at 8am for a 8:30am first heat. Olympic weightlifting has been moved to Sunday from 2-4pm. We have 40 northsiders participating in the Open lets get behind them on Saturdays and cheer them on while they complete the weekly WOD.

 

CrossFit Northside are the first CrossFit gym to be affiliated with Queensland weight lifting association. With skilled and qualified weightlifting coaches taking classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm-6pm, Wednesdays from 7:30am-9:30am and Saturdays 8:30am-10:30am. Everyone welcome.

Northside Lifting (NSL) have 4 secheduled competitions on the QWA circuit.

Spend 10-15min working up to a single heavy power clean.

 

Then for ten minutes on the minute perform two power cleans and one clean and jerk at 80% of heavy single. Rest one minute then one minute for max clean and jerks.
