CrossFit Northside Foundation Program
The Foundations Program is designed to instruct novice CrossFit athletes on the fundamentals of CrossFit. In three sessions, novice CrossFit athletes will learn all the major movements they are likely to encounter in a CrossFit workout. The primary focus of the Foundations Program will be on technical proficiency and safety to prepare novice athletes for the more intense activity in the regular CrossFit classes. Foundation Program sessions are one-on-one or in a small group format to allow for more individualised attention and to allow all novice CrossFit athletes to work hard but safely and within their own limits.
You have the flexibility to book your foundation session when it best suits you or the group you would like to participate with.
