Jeff Wagstaff.

Jeff has more than 15 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for elite level athletes, corporate groups, fitness enthusiasts and those who want to get started. We are located at 25 Tubbs Street Clontarf on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

James has been an active member of the Australia Equestrian Endurance Squad from the age of 16. He has trained and competed in the UAE, France, Africa, New Zealand and Australia and has held a top 100 world ranking. James is interested in Strength and conditioning, Olympic weightlifting and endurance training.


Sonja Ryan

 

Sonja has over 6 years experience in the health, fitness and beauty industry. Currently studying Masters In Physiotherapy she has a keen interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation and using Cross Fit to develop training programs to help people be the best they can.

Adam Niemiec

 

Adam has over 3 years of Personal Training experience. In that period he hashelped numerous clients achieve their weight lost and fitness goals. Adam specialises  in body transformations, and loves a good challenge.

Grace Carpenter

  • Current Bachelor of secondary education major in physical education minor in legal studies

Grace has been a personal trainer and worked in the fitness industry for 8 years from gym floor in a commercial gym to managing a boutique personal training studio in the CBD. She has helped people from all walks of life achieve their health, fitness and sporting goals.
She has completed 2,  1/2 Marathons and 4 Bridge to Brisbane's .
