CrossFit NorthSide is headed by Jeff Wagstaff. Jeff has more than 15 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for elite level athletes, corporate groups, fitness enthusiasts and those who want to get started. We are located on the corner of 6th Avenue and Allen Street Sandgate.
